We are looking for a dynamic, people-oriented Business Development Manager to manage and develop the growth of the Lucho brand. This role will focus on expanding our presence both online and in new markets, identifying new product and location opportunities, and maintaining the personal, client-first touch that defines our reputation. The ideal candidate is a creative
strategist who thrives in both digital spaces and face-to-face interactions.

Duties will include managing and developing the growth of the Lucho brand across all platforms and markets, increasing the brand’s online presence, engagement, and visibility through digital
marketing and outreach strategies, analyzing and exploring new business opportunities, including
expansion to new cities and markets outside of Houston and the introduction of new products or services that align with the brand’s identity, maintaining and deepening personal relationships
with clients to ensure continued loyalty and satisfaction, working directly with the owner to
strategize and execute the long-term vision for growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business development, brand strategy, or client relations
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Analytics)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for people and
    relationships
