1. Subscription ServicesWe offer curated subscription boxes for shirts, ties, and cigars. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan (monthly, quarterly, etc.).
2. Membership and Billing - All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing date.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard.
- Charges are processed securely via Authorize.net.
- Pricing, plans, and product availability are subject to change with notice.
3. Shipping & Delivery - We ship to addresses within the United States.
- Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by logistics or weather conditions.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
4. Refund & Return Policy- Subscription orders are non-refundable, except in cases of damage, defect, or shipping errors.
- Please report any issues within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or store credit.
5. Age Restriction (Cigar Club) Cigar Club subscriptions are available only to individuals 21 years of age or older. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement and agree to provide valid age verification upon request.
6. Account Responsibility You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities conducted through your account.
7. Intellectual Property All content, branding, and product information on this website are the property of Lucho and may not be reused without written permission.
8. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or products.
10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
